This website is operated by Petexo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Petexo, a digital retail entity operating under a registered Sole Proprietorship NTN framework. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
Section 1 - Global Partner Fulfillment Model
  • Decentralized Logistics: Petexo operates a decentralized inventory and logistics model to bring a curated selection of products directly to our customers. To maintain an efficient global supply line, we do not store all listed inventory in a single centralized local warehouse.
  • Direct-From-Facility Shipping: Upon placement and verification of an order, shipment processing is routed immediately to our verified global partner manufacturing facilities and third-party distribution hubs. Items are packaged and dispatched directly from these international facilities straight to your designated delivery address.
Section 2 - Shipping, Delivery, & Customs
  • Delivery Estimates: All shipping timeframes and delivery windows displayed on the Petexo platform are realistic estimates. They are intended as informational guidelines and do not constitute contractually guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Exclusion of Liability for Delays: Petexo is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, harsh weather, holidays, global port backlogs, or customs clearance bottlenecks.
  • Import Customs and Duties: Because items are fulfilled from international supply hubs, the buyer acts as the importer of record. You are exclusively responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs clearances, or administrative fees levied by your country's customs authority.
Section 3 - Order Cancellations & Modifications
  • Immediate Processing Window: Because order routing to our fulfillment facilities is highly automated to secure swift packaging, changes are time-sensitive. You may only request an order modification or cancellation within 30 minutes of submitting your order.
  • Irrevocability: Once an order has been transmitted to and acknowledged by our fulfillment partner facility, it cannot be canceled, amended, or rerouted. Unwanted items must be processed through our standard return protocols after physical arrival.
Section 4 - Product Specifications & Availability
  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will precisely match the exact physical hue or fabric profile of the delivered item.
  • Inventory Volatility: We reserve the right to limit product sales to any geographic region or individual jurisdiction. We maintain the right to cancel orders and issue immediate full refunds if a specific partner facility suffers unexpected stock limitations.
  • Pricing Modifications: Prices for all items listed on our platform are subject to change at any moment without prior notice to reflect shifting international logistics and material costs.
Section 5 - Returns, Refunds, & Claims
  • Damage Inspection Window: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or fundamentally incorrect, you must contact our customer service desk via email within 5 calendar days of physical delivery.
  • Evidentiary Requirements: To process a claim for a damaged or missing item, clear photographic or video evidence of the defective product and its original shipping packaging must be provided.
  • Return Logistics: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the customer bears all logistical and transit costs for returning items to the designated warehouse address provided by our support team.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Refusing a package at delivery or returning items without a verified return authorization code from Petexo support will void your eligibility for a refund.
Section 6 - Limitation of Liability
  • Facility Warranties: Petexo does not warrant that the final manufacturing quality of products, services, or information purchased through our platform will match your exact personal expectations or subjective preferences.
  • Maximum Financial Cap: To the furthest extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Petexo and its owner for any claim, loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of our service shall be strictly capped at the exact financial amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Section 7 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, along with any separate operational agreements through which we provide you services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in your business's registration jurisdiction.
